Bearing Induction Heater RIH1000 is a small-size, lightweight, high-performance and cost-effective Induction Heater with an electronic control. The induction heating can be conducted horizontally. The Heater has the function of automatic demagnetization of bearing, upon reaching a defined temperature. The induction heater is designed to heat parts weighing 25-40 kg with a maximum outer diameter 300 mm.

RIH1001 is intended to heat bearings and parts weighing up to 105 kg. The Induction Heater has heating temperature range 0-250°C. The rotatable yoke is easily put to the bearing hole.

The Heat has electronic timer from 0 to 99minutes for setting the heating time, has the function of automatic protection from overheating and automatic demagnetization. It weighs 42 kg and is designed to heat parts with a maximum outer diameter of 400 mm.

Where parts are to be heated before installation RIH1002 can be used. Fast, easy and cost-effective heating of any part before installation can be conducted. Bearing heating, coupling heating and installation, gearbox assembling is performed several times faster in comparison with traditional methods (hot plates, oil bath, burners, etc). Heating of parts weighing up to 125 kg with an inner diameter up to 20 mm can be conducted by using RIH1002.It is provided with an electronic timer from 0 to 99 minutes. 6 kVA is the maximum power.

RIH1003 can be used for installation of Gear Drives and replacement of large Bearings, rings and couplings resulting in qualitative assembling and dismantling of bearings and gear drives. This instrument weighs 75 kg and can be used to heat large sized Bearings of up to 300 kg with a minimum inner diameter of 60 mm and maximum outer diameter of 650mm.
